Il 12 agosto prossimo venturo uscirà in America, in DVD e Blu-ray, il terzo volume della bella serie Looney Tunes Platinum Collection.
Terzo volume che, purtroppo, sarà anche l'ultimo, visto che la Warner ha deciso di chiudere la serie a causa delle scarse vendite. Motivo questo che mi fa pensare, con margine di errore praticamente nullo, che qui in Italia non vedremo MAI né questo, né i due volumi precedenti della Platinum, né in DVD né in Blu-ray. Amen.
Non si sa nemmeno se questo terzo volume sarà disponibile almeno in Region 2 come i precedenti.
Comunque questa sarà la copertina e questi i contenuti.

Per la cronaca, questa raccolta contiene solo quattro corti finora inediti in DVD, e sono quelli che ho contrassegnato con l'asterisco (*). Inoltre, 37 corti su 50 sono stati pubblicati in DVD anche qui in Italia. Niente di particolarmente imperdibile, dunque, e questo mette un po' di tristezza se si pensa che sarà l'ultimo della serie.
Deludente, ma se lo pubblicassero anche in Region 2 un pensierino ce lo farei... altrimenti lo lascerei tranquillamente dov'è, senza rimorso alcuno. Peccato.
